Appointment Policy: Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to stylist availability.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Service Guarantee: We strive for client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve any issues promptly.

Payment Terms: a link will be sent once you have made an appointment please ensure you pay your deposit to secure your appointment the rest of the Payment is due at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Returns: We offer exchanges or store credit for unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Used products cannot be returned.

Children’s Policy: For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly request that children be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times during their visit.

Health and Safety: Our salon adheres to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards. Please inform your stylist of any allergies or health concerns before your service.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
